How can you reach us?
On WhatsApp, with the button below. The message opens pre-filled: it starts with a reference showing which page you are writing from, and you can change all of it before sending.
The agency's WhatsApp number will be shown here as soon as it is confirmed; we display no contact detail we have not verified. Omra Casablanca has no desk at Mohammed V airport.
What can you write to us about?
- Planning a parent's departure from Casablanca: getting to the airport, timing, what to check on the ticket.
- An Umrah trip with the agency: the conversation then takes place directly with it.
- A mistake on one of this site's pages.
For questions about the rites, an imam or a scholar you trust will answer better than we can.
How do you report a mistake?
Name the page, the sentence and, if you have it, the source that settles it. Our method is described on how we make this site.
